Scope of Agreement

· Scope of applicable subjects of the agreement

This agreement is between the service purchaser and MailZone from MUMA (Shenzhen) Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (referred to as "MailZone") regarding the purchased services.

 

· Agreement and conflict terms

The content of this agreement also includes relevant agreements, business rules, etc. regarding this service that MailZone may publish from time to time. Once the above content is officially released, it will become an integral part of this agreement, and the service purchaser shall also abide by it.

Meaning of Terms

Unless otherwise specified, the following terms in this Agreement have the following meanings:


· MailZone service users

Refers to individuals, legal persons or other organizations that use MailZone services, referred to as "service purchasers" or "users" in this agreement.


· MailZone service

In order to meet the cross-border marketing needs of the service purchaser, MailZone provides postcard and letter printing and mailing services in the United States, Europe and other countries and regions, which are referred to in this agreement as "this service".


Both MailZone and the service purchaser agree and understand that MailZone's products and services are designed to provide users with local printing and mailing services in the United States, Europe and other countries, and do not provide any additional services not allowed by national policies and laws. Users are not allowed to modify them without authorization, scope of application of this service.


MailZone will not collect or modify any private content such as the data of service purchasers.All content used by the service purchaser in the letter or postcard, including but not limited to text, pictures, emails, web pages, etc., is the sole responsibility of the service purchaser.


Any disputes, liabilities, etc. arising therefrom, or any consequences caused by the service purchaser's violation of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement, shall be independently borne by the service purchaser and compensate for losses, and has nothing to do with MailZone. If the rights and interests of MailZone or others are infringed, the service purchaser shall bear full responsibility and compensate for all losses.

Rights and Obligations of Service Purchasers

· Account registration

The service purchaser shall provide MailZone with email account, and the user shall register himself and become the actual user of this service. The email account used by the service purchaser to register this service account is the certificate for the service purchaser to obtain the use of this service.


This service account is only for the service purchaser's own use and may not be transferred to others in any form.


If the service purchaser finds that someone else has fraudulently used or misappropriated the service purchaser's account and password, or any other circumstances without the service purchaser's legal authorization, it shall immediately notify MailZone in an effective manner (including but not limited to providing the service purchaser's Identity information and relevant identity materials, relevant facts and requirements of the service purchaser, etc.).


· Qualification materials

The service purchaser guarantees that it has the relevant legal qualifications to use this service, operate products or provide services, or has been reviewed and approved by relevant government departments. The service purchaser's behavior does not violate any relevant laws, regulations, agreements and rules, nor does it infringe any people’s legitimate rights and interests.


The service purchaser shall submit relevant subject qualification materials in accordance with MailZone requirements, including but not limited to identity documents, qualification certificates, contact name, contact address, email address and other relevant information. The service purchaser guarantees that the information provided is true, legal, accurate and complete, and will be updated in a timely manner after the relevant information changes.


The service purchaser promises to have the ability to perform this agreement, and the signing and performance of this agreement will not violate any legal documents that are binding on the service purchaser.


· Service charges

The service purchaser should select specific items in this service based on its own needs. Once the service purchaser's choice is made, it will be binding on the service purchaser.


This service may include paid services and free services. The specific information shall be subject to the information published by MailZone. If the service purchaser uses the paid services in this service, the relevant fees shall be paid in accordance with the billing standards and methods in below of this Agreement.


The use of free services may require certain conditions to be met. The specific conditions are subject to the conditions published on the official website of this service. For free services, MailZone has the right to unilaterally change the collection time, specific service content, service period and service standards of free services based on actual conditions. The service purchaser has no objection to this and accepts the aforementioned changes. To this end, MailZone No liability shall be owed to the service purchaser.


MailZone may modify and change the charging standards and methods of paid services based on actual needs, and MailZone may also start charging for some free services. Before the aforementioned modifications, changes or the start of charging, MailZone will notify or make an announcement on the corresponding service page.


When the service purchaser purchases MailZone's account service, the service unit price and quantity are subject to the customer's choice.


In this agreement, the service period purchased by the service purchaser shall be the service period selected by the customer.


· Service usage rules

For third-party software or technologies that may be used in this service, service purchasers are required to purchase genuine software licenses. MailZone's quotation does not include third-party software licenses. At the same time, the service purchaser will display relevant purchase agreements or other documents in accordance with relevant regulations or agreements. The aforementioned relevant agreements or other documents presented in various forms are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement. The service purchaser shall comply with these requirements.


After the service purchaser purchases the service, it can only use it for its own use, and may not directly or indirectly provide part or all of the service to others for use in any form, such as transfer, sale, lease, cooperation, etc., with or without compensation.


The service purchaser should be aware of and strictly abide by the methods required to use this service to ensure that the service protects the security of the service purchaser's account. If the service purchaser's wrong behavior (including but not limited to self-installation) software, uninstalling software, accessing irrelevant pages, etc.).


· Product operations

Service purchasers shall use products and services, perform relevant obligations, and bear all responsibilities on their own in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to:


(1)In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, keep corresponding log records of access, use, etc., including but not limited to information released and its release time, Internet address (IP), domain name and other information;

(2)When state authorities inquire about relevant information from service purchasers in accordance with the law, they should actively cooperate and provide;

(3)Actively perform other obligations that service purchasers should perform in accordance with the law.


The service purchaser must abide by relevant laws and regulations when using this service, and shall not use this service to engage in behaviors including but not limited to the following, nor shall it facilitate any behavior that violates laws and regulations (including but not limited to the behavior of users of the service purchaser) provide convenience, etc.):


(1)Acts that are against the fundamental principles enshrined in the Constitution;

(2)Acts that endanger national security, leak state secrets, subvert state power, and undermine national unity;

(3)Behavior that damages national honor and interests;

(4)Acts that incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity;

(5)Acts that undermine national religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions;

(6)Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;

(7)Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigate criminal behavior;

(8)Insulting or defaming others and infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests;

(9)Infringement of others’ intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legal rights;

(10)The act of fabricating facts and concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;

(11)The act of publishing, transmitting, and disseminating advertising information and spam information;

(12)Conduct prohibited by other laws and regulations.


The service purchaser must abide by this Agreement and the relevant requirements of MailZone when using this service. It shall not use this service to engage in the following behaviors, including but not limited to, nor shall it facilitate the following behaviors (including but not limited to the behavior of users of the service purchaser). provide convenience, etc.):


(1)Download piracy, infringement and other online resources through P2P technology;

(2)Accessing or creating illegal Internet activities such as betting, gambling games, "private servers", "plug-ins", nationally prohibited websites, etc.;

(3)Publish, transmit, and disseminate email advertisements and spam (SPAM);

(4)Publish, transmit, or disseminate unwanted or unsolicited emails, electronic advertisements, or emails containing reactionary, pornographic, or other harmful information;

(5)Establish or utilize relevant equipment, configure and run programs or processes unrelated to the service used, resulting in a large amount of server memory, CPU or network bandwidth resources in the service being used by the system of the service or the service purchaser of the service. Other networks, servers (including but not limited to local, foreign and international networks, servers, etc.), products/applications, etc. bring serious loads, affecting the service and the international Internet or the service and specific networks, servers and the internals of the service. smooth connection, or cause the server used by this service or the service purchaser in this service to be down or crash, or other products/applications based on this service to be inaccessible, etc.;

(6)Carry out any behavior that damages or attempts to damage network security, including but not limited to using viruses, Trojans, malicious codes, phishing, etc., malicious scanning of other websites and servers, illegal intrusion into systems, illegal acquisition of data, etc.;

(7)Make any changes or attempts to change the system configuration provided by this service or undermine system security;

(8)Use technological or other means to disrupt and disrupt the operation of the Service and other users’ use of the Service;

(9)Interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of any MailZone product or any part or function in any way, or produce, publish, or disseminate the above-mentioned tools, methods, etc.;

(10)Conduct any behavior that may violate good faith, public order and good customs, public morals, etc.;

(11)Behavior that MailZone believes may infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of MailZone or others;

(12)Other violations of this Agreement and related agreements and rules.


· Legal responsibility

If MailZone discovers on its own or based on information from relevant departments, complaints from rights holders, etc., that the service purchaser's behavior violates relevant laws and regulations or this Agreement, MailZone has the right to unilaterally take one of the following measures at any time based on its own independent judgment or Various:


(1)Directly delete, block relevant content or disconnect links, etc.;

(2)Restrict or suspend the service purchaser's use of this service (including but not limited to directly taking some of the service purchaser's services offline and withdrawing related resources, imposing operational restrictions on the service purchaser's service account, etc.);

(3)Terminate the service purchaser's use of this service and terminate cooperation (including but not limited to directly offline all services of the service purchaser and withdrawing related resources, etc.);

(4Investigate the legal liability of service purchasers.


The service purchaser shall be solely responsible for any disputes and liabilities caused by the service purchaser's violation of this Agreement. MailZone is not required to refund any fees to the service purchaser, and any losses caused to the service purchaser (including but not limited to communication Interruption, clearing of relevant data, unused service fees shall be owned by MailZone as liquidated damages, etc.) shall be borne by the service purchaser. If any losses are caused to MailZone or others, the service purchaser shall also compensate the service purchaser.

Rights and Obligations of MailZone

· Services provided

MailZone will provide corresponding services to the service purchaser based on the services selected by the service purchaser and the fees paid.


· Confidentiality obligations and rights

Protecting the information security of service purchasers is a basic principle of MailZone. Without the consent of the service purchaser, MailZone will not disclose or provide the service purchaser's information to any company, organization or individual outside MailZone, except in the following circumstances:


(1)May be provided in accordance with this Agreement or other relevant agreements, rules, etc.;

(2)Available in accordance with laws and regulations;

(3)Required by administrative, judicial and other government departments;

(4)The service purchaser agrees that MailZone will provide;

(5)What is needed to resolve reported incidents and file lawsuits;

(6)Necessary and reasonable actions must be provided to prevent serious illegal acts or suspected criminal acts from occurring.


· Refunds and Service Compensation

The service purchaser should fully understand the scope of MailZone's services before paying. The printing and mailing services provided by MailZone are not recyclable. Therefore, once the service purchaser pays, it indicates recognition of the MailZone service. MailZone does not provide refunds.


If the service purchaser encounters an interruption in MailZone service, it should contact MailZone after-sales customer service in a timely manner. MailZone provides users with free after-sales service.If MailZone fails to solve the service interruption problem after more than 24 hours after sales, MailZone promises to compensate the customer for the service time. The service purchaser shall submit a description of the interruption and the duration of the interruption to MailZone within 48 hours after the service is interrupted. After confirmation by MailZone, effective duration compensation can be formed.


· Disclaimer

If the service purchaser's information may be leaked or stolen due to force majeure or non-MailZone factors, causing losses to the service purchaser, the service purchaser agrees that MailZone is exempt from liability.

Other

· Effectiveness and changes of the agreement

The use of this service by the service purchaser shall be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. MailZone reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. Service purchasers can check the latest agreement terms on the relevant pages.


After the terms of this Agreement are changed, if the service purchaser continues to use the service, it will be deemed that the service purchaser has accepted the revised agreement. If the service purchaser does not accept the revised agreement, it should stop using the service.


· Place of signing of agreement

This Agreement is signed in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.


· Applicable law

The laws of Hong Kong (except for conflict of laws) shall apply to the formation, validity, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement.


· Dispute Resolution

If any dispute or controversy occurs between the service purchaser and MailZone, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation is unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this agreement is signed. During the course of litigation or arbitration, both parties will continue to perform other parts of this contract that are not involved in the litigation.


· Terms validity

Regardless of whether any provision of this Agreement is partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
